Available from November 6, 2009 through December 16, 2009
• All layaway sales must be a minimum of $25 (this is for the entire receipt total and layaway receipt may consist of multiple items). • An initial deposit in the amount of $15.00 or 10% of the total sale (whichever is greater), deposit is required at origination of the sale to hold the items as layaway. • The first $15.00 of the deposit will be held as a Cancellation Fee and is Non-Refundable. • Additional payments of at least 10% of the remaining balance must be made at least every 2 weeks in order for us to continue to hold the merchandise as layaway. • If your decision is not to complete the layaway or if you change your mind prior to the end of the agreement, or if you default in your payment obligations under this agreement, a refund will be issued for the full amount of all deposits made up to that point, minus the $15 non-refundable Cancellation Fee. • All merchandise must be paid for in full and picked up by close of business on December 16, 2009, otherwise items will be put back on the selling floor and the $15 Cancellation Fee will be kept. • 3r Living will use its best efforts to contact you, with the information you provide, in the event you are in danger of failing to meet the terms of the layaway plan, but ultimately it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the terms of the layaway agreement are met. We cannot be responsible for merchandise and/or monies forfeited due to intentional or inadvertent non-payment. • The $15.00 Cancellation fee is non-refundable.
